NAV 2017 Query to Excel 2016

Hey,

i published a NAV 2017 query as Web Service and consume it in Excel 2017. If there is some Data found everything is fine, but if there is no data found, Excel shows an error.

Table without columns from a Evaluate-Statement it is not possible.

Some ideas?
