Problem with SMTP in NAV 2017 and Office 365

Hello,
I have configured the smtp mail in dynamics NAV 2017.
I made the first tests and it works perfectly but a problem arises when in the email Item table (9500) I inform the field "From Address" so that each user can send from his account Mail and not use a generic.
Because it does not work? Any solution?
