The fin.stx only holds the reference to the paper-size, not the actual format. The second group of digits points to the paper-size entry in the standard Windows library.
Example:
from STX:
00072-01001-080-0: Letter 8 1/2 x 11 in
00072-01002-080-0: Letter Small 8 1/2 x 11 in
From WIN32 library:
'DMPAPER_FIRST','DMPAPER_LETTER' : _papersize:=1; {-- Letter 8 1/2 x 11 in --}
'DMPAPER_LETTERSMALL' : _papersize:=2; {-- Letter Small 8 1/2 x 11 in --}
The latter value is passed to the printerdriver, which will only accept those values the printer can handle.
So, if you need to define a different paper-size, you need to know if this present in the standard Windows library, then you can add the reference to it to the stx file.
