Importing an old .fob file | version (2013) to Nav 2013 R2

Hi guys , i have a problem here im new at this navision world and i´m a intern on a company that use this software, i´m doing the exercises from the manual and I need to import a .fob file but he gives me the error that is from a old version so he doesnt´t import. Can someone help me ? Thanks !
