Extra PDF file with Automated Email in NAV 2017

Hi Everybody,
I was wondering if its possible to add an extra PDF file (sales conditions) to order en quote mailings.
we are now using the manual email but we would like to do it batched in the night.
Is there anybody who has a solution for this ?
