error while copying a company

Hello,
When I am copying a company, the following error propagates "The operation could not complete because a record in the Company table was locked by another user. Please retry the activity " .please any idea how to solve this problem?

if you only have one company, exit and use PowerShell. you can bing / google the right command and syntax in msdn

Try restarting the service.
