Transactional Operation

Hi, i am a new user on the forum, and i have a doubt about de transactions.
I have some problems with registers.I understanding that i do more than one operation in a Code Unit, this will be transactional and unitary, but for example if i use the Code unit 13(Gen. Jnl.-Post Batch), in the end there is a commit then if there is a lock and then i do more operation the registers are inconsistent, ir there any option to resolve this problem.?
