Dashboard: Team vs Sales totals how to and learning resources help

Hello all. Really new to Dynamics 365 here. I had a couple of questions:
1. What is your most important definitive focused resource for Dynamics 365 learning? Hopefully with a proper learning path? I know this will be a bit subjective but it would be good to know peoples thoughts on this.
2. On a new sales dashboard, is it possible for me create a list or graph of collective Team deals or leads totals vs Team. So something like New york team, San Fransisco team...etc vs Total leads generated for each team?
Am I using the wrong entities to get this view?
