How to upolad opening balance of Fixed Asset book value (Balance) as per IT act & charge deprecation as per Income tax act in NAV.

i want to know process..
is there any Impact on GL..
because i dont want to show opening balance in Gl account of as per It act. i only want show opening balance & dep in Chart of Account.
is it possible??.
