Hi all, we have successfully installed NAV 2016 on a customer site. All the users are working well by connecting to the same service tier. We have just one user that when it opens the RTC it gets the message: A server was not found at "net.tcp: etc...
Please note that:
The service string is correct (the same as for the other users)
The service is exactly the same that is used by all the others (and obviously is running).
The user is in the domain as all the other users
The address inserted in the connection string is correctly pinged (using command line ping)
The user is setup correctly into NAV (but this is not important, stating that he cannot access the server)
We disabled the firewall on his end but nothing changed
It seems to be a Network related problem, probably connected to some settings of the network card, but really I cannot understand this issue, also because is just for one user!
Does anyone here has some ideas and check to propose to us?
