Using Workflow 4 Authorising Orders

Hi 2 all,

How do we manage workflow administration for authorising P.O's.
i have setup authorities with their permissible authorising values

when we create a new P.O, and click "functions-> authorise", then wat happens???
How do we change the status of user tasks like 'approved', rejected' in workflow?
what is the significance of response time.

Does anyone know how to setup workflow... Tried my hand by starting to setup the different users in the system. And then I have no clues. My requirement is to give different set of users access to approve tasks. could anyone help!!! that wud be very helpful.
