Hi everyone,
we are getting a strange error. Can you please help?
We have two web servers web server 01 and Web Server 02. Web server 01 is pointing to Application Server 01 and Web Server 02 is pointing to App server 02.
When we are accessing the web client with the urls addresses of WebServer01 and Web Server 02 it works fine.
When we replace in the url addresses the web server 01 and web server 02 with the ip address of web load balancer we are getting the following error of both web servers:
Error accessing Website Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 Web Client
URL: http://WebLoadBalancer:8080/DynamicsNAV90/WebClient/list.aspx?spa=1&dc=0&inapp=false
Type: Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Types.NavServerNotFoundException
Message: A server was not found at "net.tcp://AppServe01:7046/DynamicsNAV90/Service". Either the URL is incorrect or the server is currently not available.
StackTrace
The same error we are getting when we try to access the web client with the ips of the web servers.
Thanks in advance
Regards

Hi,
Start by checking routing, DNS and delegation.
To simplify your configuration, use the same alias on both web servers and app servers.
I hope this will guide you to the correct solution.5
