Problem in service tax Input

Hi All,
Can you Please help me to sort out service tax input at time of Service tax payment, in my case i uploaded service tax receivables amount through Gen .Journal as a opening balance but now when i try to take input of that opening balance at time of service tax payment, system is not showing that amount in service tax payment window.
How can i solve this issue ?
