upgrade Navision 2009 R2 (35179)

Beste,

ik zou graag willen weten wat de stappen zouden moeten zijn om navision 2009 r2 waarin ook veel maatwerk in zit (meeste zit in eigen maatwerk-range) te upgraden naar navision 2013.
Bestaat ook de mogelijkheid dat iemand met mij mee kan kijken om te zien hoe het eruit ziet?

    Dear Expert,
    Please kindly help , I am trying to create re-order level for our stock items ... now the problem is .. I don't know which of the reports to use from the Monthly Output Report / Monthly Consumption Report ...
    N/B ; the compsuption report generated with negative signs .

    Please what is the difference between the two.

    Please I need urgent reply
