Adding a JPG in a report

Hello everyone,
We have NAV2013R2 in a machine, and our idea is the next one:
In page "Item Card". I've added a new field, that is one URL. In that URL, it will be one PDF. My goal is to create a button, that could print a report that will just be the PDF, in a size that will be configured on the report. Is this possible with any NAV funcionality?

    Our customer's needs have changed, and now, in the URL, it will be a JPG to usea a the background of the report.
