I am now able to create an Interaction from sales person card.
After that whenever I close Navision client, it gives me error 'Cannot connect to Outlook.'
Also, I am not able to see the list of interactions (e-mail queue) to be sent.
What do I have to do to solve this problems?

Do you mean you want to use the CRM functionality - so that emails are logged as interactions?
This is not difficult to do ... just follow the manual.
