NAV 2016 Phone Client

I can't find a way to easily insert multiple lines using the mobile client.

I know there is no longer an 'activate' function since 2009 so i can't just clear the fields and activate the top line after inserting a line.

There isn't a way to 'f5'/Refresh the webclient is there?

I've also tried doing a list, which works on desktop and the standard webclient, but not on the mobile client, as it makes you add them one by one and requires pressing buttons too much.(this is for use with a barcode scanner).

Has anyone run into this before?
