NAV 2013: Excel extraction column missing issue in Matrix page

Client is using NAV excel data extraction process in a matrix page (Print & Send -> Microsoft excel). Sometime few columns does not extract in the excel (the column is missing in output file). The issue is not consistent. Do you have any idea of the route cause for the same?
