POS Client Receipt Printing!

Hi,

Please help me solve the issue of double receipt printing. I am using NAV 2015 with LS Retail, whenever I cash out an invoice for a customer the printer prints directly 2 identical copies of the same invoice. I am using OPOS pos printer in the hardware profile because the printer attached doesn't have an OPOS ADK.

    Check the printer properties, perhaps the # of copies is set to 2...
    Change the default printer to an Adobe PDF printer, and see if the receipt printer prints once then the Adobe attempts to print.

    Thanks ondercin, I checked previously the # of copies in the printer properties and everything is OK, I will try with PDF to verify if it is from Navision or not. I also modified the POS OPOS Receipt report and now I am getting one invoice but with a white space around 15mm and another cut, so now when I print I get the invoice correctly with a cut and additional white paper and another cut ... very weird :/.
