How to fix Multiple same Dimension values

We recently acquired a client and upgraded to NAV 2016. We are now seeing Multiple same values in the Global Dimension 1 which shouldn't be possible. Sales Analysis Reports are returning different totals when running them multiple times. Entered Dimensions on Purchase Invoices are disappearing. Has anyone come across anything like this, and if so, how did you fix it?

    While upgrading you have to place the dimension values properly. When I had upgraded NAV 4.0 to NAV 16. Convention for Dimension was changed. It should not be like this. Can you show some screen shot to elaborate exact problem little more!

    If you upgraded from the version lower than nav 2013, you might have missed the data upgrade toolkit to run after you complete the database conversion in nav 2013. Make sure that you have not forgotten this step.
