NAV 2016 "Sales Worksheet"

Hi

I have a customer that would like to have a worksheet/Journal, where they must type a lot of sales lines to multiple customers.
When finished typing, the worksheet/Journal must create Sales orders from the data.

Is that possible in std. NAV 2016/2017.

Og is it customization.
