Warehouse picking versus shipping problems

Dear Nav users

I have a problem with the wms module in Nav 2013 and I wonder if someone else has experienced the same issue.
We are using warehouse picking and also warehouse shipping. Sometimes we can pick an item an drop the item in the out area(bin). But when we try to ship the item it will not ship. The shipment and later on the invoice just say 0 even though we picked this Item and I can't find it in the out area.
The Warehouse entry table is missing the row for shipping.

Has anyone seen this problem? Any suggestions why the problem might occur?

We are using batchnr and I have checked those. Items are not reserved.
I can not see any business logic why an item that has been picked can not be delivered.

We have some customizations so it could be those, hence my question if someone else have seen this problem.

    Just because you have picked an item it doesn't mean it will get shipped - you need to make sure that the "Qty. to Ship" is set on the Warehouse Shipment line.

    Yes I do no that the amount has to be set and as far as we can see it is. Normal all items on that order will be shipped but sometimes it happens that one item will not be shipped. It almost seems like it is locked by another shipment or something else.
