NAVISION Literature ?

Hi,

I will write my thesis about developing add-ons for navison. But not from a programmers point of view. It will be more like "how long will it take, what are the cost´s, which are the advantages of add on, what problems can cause add-on, how do you have to certify an add-on..."

Does anybody know some (german or english) literature (books, magazines,...) which I can use for that topic?
