I work with a company whose branch users access NAV via remote desktop. One user gets an error that "You do not have access to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Verify that you have been set up as a valid user in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.". She gets the error about every other day. She says after about an hour, and repeated attempts, she can then log in. This user is set up correctly with no expiry date.

Which authentification type do you use?
Are you sure this is not a license error?
Any information in the server eventlog when the error happens?
NAV Build?
This shouldn't happen at all if other users work from the same workstation.Austrian NAV/BC Dev0 -
Windows authentication. Not a license error. The user can now get in and does not want me to do anything else.0
