Create Table but no permission

I'm a newcomer of Navision 4. I'm using the default company Cronus as the test developing environment. The license is the default Cronus license.
When I try to create a new table, Navision always prompts 'you don't have permission to create 'sales' table'. Anyone could help? Thanks a lot.
