Flowfields show in some places as Yes/No and others as Checkbox

Simple question:
In NAV 2016 has there been a fix to make a flowfield show as a checkbox instead of text Yes/No.

OK..Instead of using the flowfield directly on the page , create a Boolean variable in your page and assign the value of your flow field in to that. Then use that variable in your page and check.

I should have stated that I am talking about Pages not reports (interesting link though).

Need to set the DrillDown = False (on page in properties for field)
