Is this necessary to give COGS account in NAV 2016 in Gen Posting Setup ?

Hi,
I am doing some training on data migration from NAV 2009 to NAV 2016 using RSS. I have successfully migrated the base and setup tables and they are applied to target company in NAV 2016. But when I try to post an invoice I got the error message that COGS account must have a value for this combination of Gen Bus Posting Group and Gen Prod Posting Group. In NAV 2009 I have check there is no COGS account exist for that combination and everything works fine. So my question is that is this necessary to mention COGS in NAV 2016 or there is some other error.
