Fixed Assets Quantity

Dear All,

I have one of my clients that is asking about Fixed asset quantity, he wants to maintain the Fixed asset with quantity and to be able to depreciate, dispose and count the remaining quantity of these fixed assets for example if he is having knifes or Plates etc..., I can see that there is something similar in the Russian localization, but we are working on W1. is there a way or work around to do so?
