Issue with Microsoft Navision Mail. IMessage

Hi,
I had a request to replace the Port number for emailing in Navision 09R2 - found a modified version of the Microsoft Navision Mail for Nav 09R2 on a partner site and eventually did the changes. Client then decided not to change the port number. I have revert back the dll to original one and objects have successfully. when sending mail i am having the attached error. Kindly advise this is urgent.
