Issue with Microsoft.Navision.Mail.dll

Hi, I'm having an issue with while registering the Microsoft.Navision.Mail.dll.

I have place the DLL in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Classic and did the following steps.
1. Right Click and Choose open with
2. open with Microsoft register server

I am having the attached error.

Instead open a DOS Shell in Admin mode and run regsvr32 with the full path to the dll as argument.
