Balance in Sales Prepayment Account

Hi
Our client is using NAV 2009 r2 Classic Client.
The user posted Sales Prepayment for full order amount with foreign currency (USD), which results -164,885.78 (LCY) in the Sales Prepayment Acccount. When posting the actual sales invoice in the next month after the prepayment is received, only 164,885.77 (LCY) was posted back to the Sales Prepayment Account.
I checked G/L Entries with the same Document No., but I don't find any line contains the remaining amount of 0.01 (LCY).
Based on my understanding, the system should reverse the same amount in LCY as the original prepayment invoice. On the other hand, I tested in the development environment but confirmed the remaining amount is added back.
May I know if you are aware of any possible reasons why in the Live environment, the remaining amount of 0.01 was not added back? Or if you are aware of any bug which may cause this issue?
