Office365 synch with NAV 2013

I reinstalled NAV client and made sure to select the outlook add-in. I tried installing the outlook add-in separately by running 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV Outlook Add-in.msi'.

In all cases I get the message below that the installation and configuration is not complete.

What else can I check here?

    Checked event viewer to see that the outlook installation was successful.

    restarted services. still getting the same messages. I've posted this up on the NAVUG forum and on Microsofts NAV forums.

    Found out the version of NAV being used is NAV 2013 which is NOT compatible with Office 365.

    You guys know of any work arounds for outlook integration with NAV 2013 and office365?
