Job Queue functionality in NAV3.70

Hi there,
Client is running NAV3.70 but runtime NAV2009R2. I need the Job Queue functionality in the solution, so shouldn't it be possible to bring in the Job Queue objects from NAV2009R2, make a few tweaks here and here. Install the NAS and off we go?
