Warehousing - Max Quantity field Issue

Hello Warehouse Experts,
Background Info: -
- The client is currently on NAV 2009 R2 Classic with SQL Option
- They wish to implement Advance Warehousing (since they want directed picks and put-away).
- Due to the varying bin heights and sizes, only certain type of items can be placed in a bin. Thus, we are using warehouse Classes.
- Depending on the Warehouse Class code that is assigned to the bin, we can only place specific quantity into that bin. This is where I am having the issue.
Scenario: -
1) I created a Warehouse Class Code called Bottle.
2) This warehouse code is assigned to 5 bins.
3) I assigned the warehouse code to 30 different items.
4) The maximum quantity that we can place in any of those 5 bins is 100 bottles. The sum of these100 bottles can be made up of any of the 30 items.
How can I achieve this?
I tried to assign those 30 items to each of those (5) bins (in the bin content window) with the max quantity of 100 for each item. But this doesn't work since the system allowed me to place more than 100 pieces in a bin.
What am I doing wrong? And What setup do I need to do in order to achieve the desired result?
