Wells Fargo Bank BAI File import

Hello Everyone -
Has anyone worked with the Wells Fargo BAI import? One of our customer is trying to use the Payment reconciliation journal with NAV and trying to import the file provided by the Bank using the AMC Banking recognition software and it just errors out. If anyone know of any other solution provider can you please let me know.
Any help is highly appreciated.

As far as I know AMC banking is converting the files, so it looks to me like there is a problem on their side.
I would contact AMC and give them the file and ask them to provide further information what is causing the problem.
