how i import this excel sheet

i open the rapid start and i selecet the the table customer and select the fields but some fields are not found them in in the table like balance and sales person

You can't import into FlowFields (such as "Balance") - but there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to import into standard fields like "Salesperson Code"
