Report - 795 Adjust Cost - Item Entries

Hi,
After executing Report - 795 Adjust Cost - Item Entries, i can able to see the "ItemRegister" entries but i couldnt able to see the "GL Register". What would be the issue?

    That batch job just updates the Inventory Ledger. In order to then update the General Ledger you need to run batch job (report) 1002 "Post Inventory Cost to G/L"

    Unless you have "Automatic Cost Posting" enabled. Then "Adjust Cost" does the GL Postings also.

    IMHO - I don't see why these settings would not be active today. Leaving them off was an old suggested performance "fix"

    Since postings to the GL weren't made then the "Automatic Cost Posting" option must not be enabled (or "Post to G/L" was not ticked) and so it is necessary to run the additional batch job.
