BTW - if you are new to reporting then I would suggest reading Claus's blogs - he describes many issues/problems that developers come across when developing SSRS reports and how to work around them.
Add the label that you want from development environment View-->Labels.
Save the report and go to layout. see the report data -->Parameters .From there you can add the label in to you report.

Just adding something what @binilabraham said - la.bels you can directly see in VS but text constants you need to add in data-set so always prefer labels
