Hello NAV experts,
I am new to NAV and NAV 2015 and previous to working with NAV I was doing SQL development and SSRS development.
I read multiple books on NAV 2015 programming and also reporting. I also read a few chapters on reporting NAV 2009.
I understand most things: how functions are use, triggers, documentation section, request page, the dataset designer, integer tables (kind of), and the one thing I cannot find any good documentation is Excel buffer table. I only have access to NAV 2015 and the demo in this site is for NAV2013.
Can someone please explain the difference between using NAV 2015 export to excel vs using the excel buffer table ?
Also can someone please explain the syntax for the excel buffer table?
I am very confused on how it is used and the purpose of it.
Thank you all in advance !

@binilabraham I will check report 108. I checked the two websites you provided, but still no luck. Hopefully report 108 helps me and I will post back next week with update.0
