unblock item

in NAV/Navision Classic Client
has anyone know how can I unblock item. I ticked the box on item card which we don't use it anymore. but I needed to take it back.

    You must have had some customization to hide blocked items in that case as that doesn't happen in standard NAV. Check to see if you have the option of seeing all items and not just unblocked ones somewhere - perhaps Inventory Setup or on the Item Card/List.

    I cant tick in because I cant see either of item or item card :(

    I have an "item card -un block" under purchase setup but when I click this button it doesn't come up anything.

    This is customization not standard NAV - you'll need to go back to your NAV partner for further assistance.
