Error starting Word from Dynamics NAV 2013

Hi,
my client has installed a new computer with Windows 10 and Office 2010. Running a Function in Dynamics NAV 2013 that
starts open a word template dokument to fill out some fields results in an error message like this. This works fine with Windows 7
