Agiles Workflow - Training and Set Up

Hi

We are having Agiles workflow installed alongside Nav 2016, these are both brand new systems for our company. Our partner company who has been dealing with the install and training tells us that they now do not have the expertise to train us to write workflows and implement them as their expert has moved to a different company and all their Agiles clients have moved across to NAV 2016 workflow.

Are their any companies out there that can offer some advice or feedback on how their Agiles installation and set up went?

    Hi Rathi

    We have had basic training to understand the Agiles terminology and we have worked through some of Agiles own test scenarios. Our issue is that we have existing workflows from our previous accounts software and we do not know how to recreate them in Agiles/NAV. We have them written on a Visio but we do not know enough about if Agiles can do what we are asking it to do and how to program the workflow in Agiles/NAV. The partner that suggested we use Agiles has really let us down.

    Hi Kyle, I have been in touch with Agiles since I wrote my original post :-). They have been very helpful but sadly cannot work miracles and get someone to the UK before Christmas, the lack of time is because our Partner didn't want to tell us they couldn't help us. I think it will be a case that this will delay our go live date and we will have to get this resolved in the New Year.

    if you are open to remote help using gotomeeting or a similar product, you might find an expert who can help you this way.
    We have one in our company in the USA and there are probably a number of others available closer to your time zone/

    Hi David
    Agiles themselves have recommended that the advanced training should be done F2F but I think we may have to resort to gotomeeting using an alternative to get this sorted asap.

    Our approval process for purchase invoices is one. We have a matrix which picks out the right approval pathway based on certain information that has to be included to the PI. It has been requested that the chosen route on the approval pathway is followed sequentially no matter what the amount to authorise it. (File Attached)
    So we want to start the workflow if PI is over £100 then it goes to the next person to view, then if it is over £5,000 it goes to the next person to view and so on. They would also like all PIs to follow the process even after it has been authorised by the right person;

    Many thanks for the test scenarios, we have already worked our way through these. I would love to just use NAV workflow but it cannot handle our current purchase order approval process.

    Our partners have now organised an Agiles trainer to come over and train us and help us build our workflows.
