Dynamics NAV Excel Add-In Encountered an error- You Do not have access to Dynamics NAV

Hello all,
one user is trying to Print & Send-->Excel and encounter the error(attached). I tried to Clear the Personalized pages but it still the same.

    Check whether the user id has been added with proper Permissions & Permission Sets to execute the objects.

    The user was able to do this before. there is no change in permissions or Permission sets. I cleared the User Personalization and it was ok, but after some time when user customized the page and it again came back.
