Web Client Issue

Hello,

We have configured a web server for NAV (2016). It's working fine for users that have computers running in English but we have hit a problem when users from our Brazil office try to connect. They can see the login screen without a problem but once the enter their username and password they receive an error message. It's in Portuguese but it roughly translates to "server error, the content cannot be show. refresh the page or open a new tab from your browser".

Has anybody else come across this problem and found a solution?

    Hello Nick,

    Did you check the event log on the service tier machine for possible errors around the time those users try to login?
