Posted Purchase Invoice will be available in Purch. Inv. Header(Table 122) and Purch. Inv. Line (123). I guess Special Order is not available in Standard NAV. Are you using any customization ?

Posted Special Order doesn't seems to be a Standard Table.
Thanks

You can track Special Order by using Purchasing Code in Purch. Inv. Line (123) table.
