Agiles workflow - Triggers workflow after change the qty in PO

Hi all,

May i know how to trigger workflow when the qty is change in PO?

I created two users- one to request and another one to approve/make decision.

i already update the templates/setup for it.

Please assist me on this.

Thank you for you respond. The mistake i made is i dint click start function call server button in the beginning.
Once i clicked It and Update PO. Everything turns out well.

What is the Reference Type No. set to on your Workflow Template?

Said another way, this is the table that the workflow and its to-dos will pay attention to. I suspect that you have the workflow attached to Purchase Header, but you are trying to trigger an event from Purchase Line, which is where quantities are stored.
