Changing Help Server Location

NAV 2016 CU 11.

Installed complete with help server. The servername instead of the server url was entered during setup.
Now when using web client, it tries to point to access http://servername:49000/HelpTopic?contextType=2... instead of http://www.MyUrl.com:49000/HelpTopic?contextType=2...

Changed the setup in:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\ClientUserSettings.config
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DynamicsNAV90\web.config

RTC client points to correct url, but web client keeps using the server name.

Uninstalled Help Server and reinstalled, no luck with allowing me to change the setup through the installer.

Any ideas?
Kind Regards,

    Hi,
Did you try to Restart the Help Server website from IIS after changing the web.config?

Look on the client machine. Shut down any running NAV sessions. Launch Windows Explorer and make sure you have set your Explorer options to show hidden files. Go to %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\. You may need to go into a directory based on your NAV version (Mine is 90) in that directory. Open ClientUserSettings.config in Notepad or similar text editor. Look for the entry "Help Server". Set the value to your actual server then save and exit the file. Launch NAV and try using help. See the difference.

Please note, this is only tested on my instance of NAV 2016, version 9.0, so older versions may behave differently, but most newer versions should be similar.

Edit: Oh, you are talking about the web client. I have not worked with configuring that yet, so I can't help you that much. Sorry about that.
