Error during data upgrade in 2015

I am running data upgrade process in 2015 . During upgrade I got error regarding missing document in Temp Job table .
Error was below
The Temp Job does not exist. Identification fields and values: Job No.='CO13000000'

I checked that Temp Job Table was empty. How to resolve it.

I have 4 companies in my database . In one of the Temp job table is filled but in rest of the tables no . There is data in Job Table but it didnt get transfer into Temp Job table . I am going to run step first of data upgrade again . Any suggestion so it dosnt happen again
