datatype that contains more than 1000 characters

does anyone have any idea on how to cater more than 1000 characters in a single column ? thanks in advance.

hello @Kishorm . yes I've tried it but I need to save 8000 characters/readable characters.

Not sure how you want to use the field but you can still stream large text in and out of a BLOB field. Have a look at the examples at the end of these help topics...
