Hi
NAV2013R2 - Build 7.1.36703.0

In our NAV "Payment Journal", there is no Action button [Export Payment to File...]. Is it license related issue?
Thanks in advance

Try with different Role Centers too, I think it was available for me when I tried with the ORDER PROCESSOR role centre. Role Configuration results in the possibility of a page having different actions/fields based on...
a) Which Role Center you are running under
and
b) Where the page is being run from5

It could be but it's more likely to do with Role Configuration. Try opening the "Payment Journal" from the following and see if you get the option...
Departments - Financials Management - Cash Management0 -
Thanks Kishorm for your reply.
I tried to run the "Payment Journal" from "Departments - Financials Management - Cash Management", but the Action button [Export Payment to File...] still not exist.0 -

first, go to page payment journal from development environment and check whether above action is there or someone deleted it etc.0

To: Kishorm
You're right, I checked our Accountant's NAV, and found the [Export] option is here. Her Profile ID is: ACCOUNTING MANAGER.
Then I check mine and found the Profile ID is <blank>.
Once I changed my Profile ID to: IT MANAGER (thru "User Personalization"), then the [Export] button appears on "Payment Journal" screen.
Thanks a lot for your helps.0 -
Great, glad you got it sorted.
BTW if you need it on a specific role centre that it doesn't currently appear on then you would need to run the RTC in configuration mode for the role center and then personalise the page to add the action to the ribbon.0 -
